The aims of Te Ao Ipurangi are to foster, encourage and enrich Te Reo and Tikanga Maori through a digital environment.
The concept and idea began in 2008 with a Year 7 class. Last year the journey continued with the introduction of a Year 8 class. 2009 was a fantastic year for this programme and we are looking forward to an even better 2010!
Haylee Webber (Whaea Haylee) will look after the Year 7 class (Room 2) and Kyla Bassett the Year 8 class (Room 1) . This blog was created to showcase our journey and hopefully share our beautiful culture with the world. Join us...Whakapiri mai ki to matou haerenga!

Hi everyone.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all of the feedback about our Haka rehearsal video. We will look at your comments as a class this week and try and make the changes that you've suggested. I can't wait to see the video you've recorded. I'm sure it will help us a lot.
